Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. 

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags. An additional fee applies to setups that require sandbags. We do not set up on sand or gravel.

We do require a deposit of 50% of the total balance to hold your unit for your desired day. This deposit is refundable with at least two weeks notice of cancellation. It is also refundable for inclement weather up to 24 hours before your event.

We are happy to deliver our bounce houses, water slides, and obstacle courses to your event location! We are based in St. Charles, MO, and we serve a wide area around this location. We strive to accommodate your needs and ensure that your event is a success.

We offer delivery to locations within and surrounding St. Charles, MO. Our delivery fee is structured to be fair and transparent: we charge a flat rate of $3 per mile for the delivery service. This fee helps cover the costs of fuel, labor, and vehicle maintenance to ensure that your rental arrives safely and on time.

Please use our website’s booking system to calculate the exact delivery cost based on your event’s location or contact us directly for a delivery quote. We are committed to providing clear, upfront pricing to help you plan your event with ease.

We most certainly are. We use Cossio for all our insurance needs. Although we are fully insured customers are still required read all rules, agree to the terms and conditions and sign a release of liability/ hold harmless waiver along with their rental contract before they are allowed to take receipt of their rental. The customer is responsible for the equipment and all guests playing on or in the inflatable while it is in the customers possession.

We provide service to parks. Please let us know which park you are considering before placing your order as we don’t service all parks and some do not allow inflatables. Also keep in mind that some parks do not have power and a generator may be required. There is also a park fee of $100 that covers the cost of permits and more precise delivery and pick up times.

You may cancel your reservation for your inflatable rental. In order to get a refund for your deposit you must cancel at least 2 weeks prior to your event date. If there is inclement weather on your scheduled event day you may cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled event. Failure to abide by the cancellation instructions contained here and in your contract will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. 


This is one of the most common inflatable rental questions. We do not operate inflatables in high winds but if you would like to operate in the rain that is entirely up to you. There are no refunds once the inflatable has been delivered and set up.

Yes. We can set up moonwalks in gymnasiums, halls, churches, or any other area that can accommodate the height (aver. 16 feet) of the moonwalks.

Deliveries can be anytime between 8:00 am and one hour prior to your start time. Your delivery may early but it will never be late. Please have someone available to direct our crew when we arrive.

Our minimum rental period is six hours. Set up and tear-down of the unit will not cut into your fun time. We will arrive well enough in advance to make sure you get your full 6 hours. You can keep the inflatable for less than 6 hours but this will not affect the price.


We have no set maximum rental period. We offer 1 day, Overnight and Multi-day rentals. Cost will be calculated at checkout.
