Wow!! I was highly impressed!! I was a little nervous reserving everything online, so a few weeks before my event I called and was given super friendly service with a reassurance they would make our event. They arrived super early to set up and didnt let me help at all. They came back and tore down and had my yard right back to normal. I will forsure be using them again!! Thank you!!

fantastic customer service! I waited to book until the last minute, and Miss Erica was kind, understanding, and accommodating. She texted me right away once I had put in my request for information and was quick to let me know what was available and give me quotes. Matt came to put up our bouncy castle. He was on time and quick, made sure the bouncer was set up in the optimum place for safety, ease of access, and anesthetics, and took care that we understood safety measures before he left. Matt was also nice to our children who were besides themselves with excitement. Book-N-Bounce isn't the cheapest option out there, but I certainly felt that we got great value for our money. I'd never rented anything like this before and the personal service put me completely at ease. We definitely Won Birthday Party and everyone had such a good time. Thank y'all so much!

What a great company!!! I forgot to book our event and Book-N-Bounce was able to book my event on a Friday afternoon for Saturday morning! I even screwed up the online booking and they called to get me all squared away and to ensure I was satisfied. The 17 foot dual slide was endless hours of fun for our group of kids ages 3-10. The company was very accommodating to reschedule because of rain on original scheduled day. We decided last-minute to book an inflatable bouncy thing and if it wasn't available, it was overpriced. We luckily found this company with a Star Wars theme obstacle course inflatable at a very reasonable rate. Everything went smoothly and the inflatable was a huge hit with the kids at my 5 year old's birthday party! We had initially wanted the traditional bouncy castle but they liked this a lot more because of the extra things inside. It was delivered on time and picked up a couple hours after scheduled pick up but that's OK. Great job and thank you!

This was the easiest and most beneficial part of my daughter's 7th birthday. The kids loved it! Delivery, setup, take-down- everything was quick and no complications. The Tropical Combo Dry had plenty of space for 5 kids to jump. They loved the slide. The equipment was in great shape and very sturdy. We are already looking at the calendar, picking out our next event to rent a bounce house for. I also found it VERY CONVENIENT to have folding chairs included in the delivery at a reasonable price. One less thing to worry about during the party set up!

We have rented from other places before and did not get this great of service! The price is excellent and it was nice to have it set and ready before the event and kids were able to get some extra bounce time alone before the event. We were shocked and excited, and bragged to people about the fact the guy who set it up, quickly may I add, vacuumed it out and sanitized the bounce house! That made me extremely happy! Very prompt, was there when he said he would be and came to pick it up when he said he would. We used book n bounce for my sons 1st birthday party. It was the best decision ever! It showed up 30 minutes before the party and it was picked up about 15-30 minutes after it was over. This is the second year in a row we have rented from Book-n-bounce and we were just as satisfied as we were the first time! If I had to say anything remotely "bad" about our experience it would be that our party was at a park at noon and they had to deliver the inflatable at 8:30am. My husband and 2 younger kids had to be at the park 3 and a half hours before the party even started. The plus side to that I guess was that my younger kids got to have time on it before all the big kids got there and we had it longer than what we paid for. Over all everything was great and I would definitely recommend and will for sure rent again!

I decided last minute to get an inflatable water slide for my niece who was celebrating her 6th birthday. I was able to book the slide the day before the party and sign the contract and provide the deposit online in a matter of minutes. The slide was delivered and set up a number of hours before the party even began (which was wonderful) and taken down at the time we agreed to. Everyone at the party had a blast and the slide was a huge hit - with the birthday girl AND the adults! There was a neighbor who came over during the set up of the slide and was complaining about her slide not being delivered - that was from ANOTHER company who let her down. Book-N-Bounce was able to save the day for her and get a slide set up for her right away. I will only look to this company for rentals and will spread the word to all of my friends!
